Hi, Thank you so much for taking this initiative. I have been scouring the internet for other homeschooling parents but as you said on your homepage; you can’t connect with people. I look forward to learning and contributing. I homeschool 3 children (ages 8, 6 and 4). I have had several opposing voices; at times even my own. I doubt at times whether I am doing the best thing for my children. In my heart however I know this can be very rewarding and so i have persevered in the last year. Again thank you and i will get in touch.
Hi Becky: It was great to meet up with you last week. I’m sorry I didn’t have as much time as I wished. We have so much to discuss. I look forward to working with you on this exciting endeavour. I know it won’t be easy, but most worthwhile things aren’t achieved easily. Particulary loved your idea on having Subject Matter Experts among parents. Also liked your thinking about having the centre as a centre. Hoping to meet your husband and other two kids soon. We need to discuss the curriculum free approach. I know you feel time is running out, especially for your eight year old. I will try to get my act together as quickly as I can. We have to met again soon.

Hi I think I’m just like you when you started this website. I’m also thinking alot of homeschooling. Convincing my husband is my problem. My question is there a group of homeschoolers that have weekly or monthly meetups or are your aware of any seminar anything like that by which I could probably convince my husband or actually make him more aware of whats happening in our public school system. Hi Guys, I am also interested in homeschooling my daughter. I have noticed that there isn’t much activity on this site of late (however if the admins are still around, we’d like to hear from you!). I am gathering information although this is an idea I have been toying with for quite some time now. What we need to do is gain some consensus among parents that are interested.
